The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project development process including client/project identification; pre-bid and bid phase; and turnover to project management. The process encompasses client development, site investigation, subcontractor and vendor development, production, cost analysis, and final pricing. Works closely with project management and assists with change orders and related project revisions. Extensive knowledge of all aspects of earthwork and utility work, including heavy-highway (SCDOT/NCDOT), is required.
