Prior to ever breaking ground, we offer excellent preconstruction services.  Site selection analysis, risk assessment, value engineering, detailed estimates, scope reviews, and project scheduling are all ways we add value for the owner before our crews are mobilized.

During the construction phase, detailed project management rules the day.  As the project owner, you will have one project manager to deal with.  We coordinate the phases of the work, so you don’t have to.  At this manager’s disposal is a state-of-the-art, late model equipment fleet with GPS capability.  This combination provides low down-time with accurate work.  That makes for a faster project which benefits everyone.  An in-house survey department and written comprehensive Quality Control Program, round out the controls needed to deliver a superior product.

Lastly, when the construction is over, you can rest easy knowing your project was built right.  In our business, you really can’t afford mistakes.  We tend to all the details necessary to ensure that the work is done right the first time and in the rare instance that it is not, we correct it at the earliest possible time with the least impact to the project.
